How do I collect Clubcard Points?
You earn 1 Reward Point for every whole dollar you spend in a transaction by using the Tai Ping Clubcard. Clubcard must shown at the check out to collect Reward Points.
If I forget to bring the Clubcard, can I get the points later?
Membership card must presented at check out during the transaction. If you do not have your card on hand, please quote your Clubcard number. No points will be recorded after transaction.
Where can I get my password to check on line or redeem?
Once you fill in the membership card application form, you will receive an auto welcome email with your login password within few days.
If you do not receive, may be your email address not clearly on the application form. Please text your name, membership card number and your email address to 021 628672 or to info@taiping8.co.nz, we will reply you as fast as possible. You can login and redeem gift.
Where else can I collect points?
You can collect the points at any one of the following stores:
City store is located at 105 Beach Road, Central City.
Howick store is located at 8 Gooch Place, Howick.
Northcote store is located at 35 Pearn Crescent, Northcote Shopping Centre, Northcote.
Otahuhu store is located at 26 Saleyards Road, Otahuhu.
What can I get in return for these points?
Using Tai Ping Clubcard, you can earn a lot of benefits in return. These include instore discounts on some popular products, extra discounts with our partner restaurant or store, or you could redeem these points for selected reward items.
What kind of instore discount are on offer?
We will regularly have products on discount exclusive to Tai Ping Clubcard holder. You can save more money by using Tai Ping Clubcard and save point at the same time.
What benefits can I get from partner restaurant?
Our partner restaurant and store will happily provide some extra discounts to Tai Ping Clubcard holder. Please present the Tai Ping Clubcard when visiting our partner restaurant or stores.
How do I spend my Clubcard points?
You can check your Clubcard points balance and reward items on line. Once you have enough points, you can redeem the points for a reward product. To redeem the product, please check your account details and fill in your email address. A confirmation email will be sent to you within the next few days.
Next, simply bring in the email together with the Clubcard to our assign store to collect your reward product. Please note that all redeem product not come with warrenty.
Where can I redeem the cash voucher?
You can redeem your cash voucher at any of our stores located at City, Northcote, Howick and Otahuhu.
When will I receive my Tai Ping Clubcard ?
If you apply for the Clubcard online, you will receive a notice email. Please collect the card at our shop.
If you apply in store, you can have your Clubcard once you fill in the application form. Your online password and login will send to your via email. Please write your email address clearly.
